become wines in which Chenin and "terroir" find their way.

We have done our best and have concentrated on this point
in order to give our wines this typicality that is like our signature and have not given up to fashion trends :
la maceration, malolactic fermentation, fresh wood . . .

the vineyard care, while protecting the environment, according to my engagement for biological agriculture :
2009 is my first conversion year !

I wish I can keep going in the same mind of
a smart and elegant feminine great wine,
not using too many new wooden casks so as
to avoid over-oaked aftertastes...
