DOMAINE AUX MOINES |

| There is a micro-climate at the Domaine, thanks to its privilege orientation and ideal sunny location, sheltered from northerly wind and close to river La Loire that forms a huge water reservoir, enabling temperature regulation, neither too low in winter, nor too high in summer, and under the nearby Atlantic ocean influence, with no frost most of springs, that allows our vineyard those ideal growing circumstances. |

The estate is located on a schist soil,on the side of the Brittany hills which origins go back to the primary era. There has been a strong volcanic activity that left its trace in a ground in which one can observe phtanite, riolite and spiolite which provide a great complexity of soils, giving wines that we produce at Domaine aux Moines, their typical character. |
| We will be happy to welcome you and show you around the Domaine aux Moines |
